Haha beat me to it. Gun.New signing KPP just gapped them and set up a try 👍
Runs a good line thoughWe might need to get KPP doing plenty of box jumps on the off season.
For a bloke so tall he doesn’t get far off the ground when trying to catch a high ball.
Work rate is the non negotiable. No point signing someone if they can't give you more than 10 quality minutes. Next they need to be physical on at least one side of the ball (ideally both but that is pretty rare). Either needs to win the contact when tackling or break tackles and/or offload when running. Finally, coachability. Need to be smart enough to take in and implement instructions and dedicated enough to work on their weaknesses. What do you identify with? Let's start from there. Good point.
Some very good suggestions there gregjm87.He's already been spoken about enough but KPP and David Fifita are the best forwards able to be signed tomorrow.
There's a few more a bit cheaper that I think is better than we have but not going to really change our fortunes such as Billy Burns, Lazarus Vaalepu, Josh Kerr.
Players available Nov 1st we should making plans to target: Zac Hosking, Harry Hayes, the Puru brothers, Conelley Lemuelu, Phil Sami, Thomas Cant, Kaiden Lahrs, Charlie Guymer, Liam Henry, Lachie Hubner, Fletcher Meyers, Naf Whyte, Siua Wong
The biggest name available Nov 1st, but I don't see how you convince him to join, is Kaloamatangi.
No idea about what players are signed long term whom might be unhappy at their current club.
I think to really turn the club around we don't just need at least 2 quality experienced forwards but probably another 2 or 3 up and comer that you probably need to pay overs for (for where they are in their careers). At the start of the year I suggested Dylan Egan and Blake Steep. I think they would have felt they should have been playing first grade last year. I haven't watched much ressies this year to identify that type of player who is yet to get their crack this year.
I know we've made some poor spending choices before but that's brutal.$2.8 million on Ponga and Dylan Brown next year
How do you know he didn't also say that and they just chose not to show it?"I'm a Tiger, just focusing on getting results for this club at the moment and hopefully for seasons to come."
And then he could do whatever he likes behind the cameras.
SMH - it's simple.
Do players still get media training?
It’s an NRL jersey, every young footy players dream.Apart from money??? Why TF would you want to play for West's Tigers?
Your making something out nothing..Learn to read next time.
I want less drama and aren’t looking for it.
I have zero issues if he left & he deserves a great pay packet to end his career but his comments and timing of them is wrong for our captain.
He’s in the 8 at leastLuke Brooks special with that kick…leads to a try at the other end
Hey don’t knock Burwood, I grew up there! Now I live near the beach 😂Would you rather live next to the beach or Burwood? In the twilight of your life.
Agree on KPP.. but I still love Brooksy... We [This word has been automatically removed]ed him up.. Should have been a #7...what I’ve learnt from this game: KPP will be great in tigers colours, Luke brooks still sucks
