If we can stay with them maybe the lighter bench could work in our favour at the backend of the game when their big guys tire out abit. We need to promote the ball before hand to make them work in D though to wear them out a bit 🤷

Isaac Moses pays good money for the advertising pieces.
Junior tupou isn't wanted at dolphins. We should try to get him back. He was playing alright for us before he left. Would be a handy backup for skelton

Will they want to keep him ? He just had a poor miss to give up a try …. I’ve got a feeling they won’t want him and he will be back to being our problem
He absolutely would, but the problem is he’s obviously wanting a move as he’s not happy being a back up and his contract value with the Dolphins is well above what a back up player is generally paid in accordance with the salary cap.

If we for some reason don’t land Taylan May, do we think Jojo Fifita could be a good option as a potential recover 2026 ?
I think he’s a better all round player than To’a and has the ability to become elite as he approaches the prime of his career, not sure what value of contract it would take to land a player like him ?

Bud playing touch footy again when defending his line, a zero has just come off his contract value, unfortunately for us.

I’m still determining whether it’s best to keep him here as the fourth half that rarely sees first grade … or pay about $350- $400k to another club to take him …. What an absolute dud

Surely Souths will pay 200k for him, so we’d be 300k out of pocket in the salary cap.

I thought he was on $550? I wouldn’t even pay $200 for him
He would be worth a bit more to a UK Super League team, but he doesn’t seem to want to take that option.
He’s only value to us if we don’t retain Heath Mason, but if we re-sign Heath there is not much need for Bud.

They need 4 halves in the Top 30 ..so if you pay big money for him to play elsewhere…. He will still need to be replaced
Garner generally looks like he’s 6 foot 5 and bulletproof against us, he will probably come on and score a hat trick,
Yes Luai, Fainu, Mason and a genuine halfback with a kicking game.
Young Alex Conti or Jonah Glover could be that genuine halfback option unless we opt for someone more experienced such as Jake Arthur ?
