A big yes but He is signed until the end of 2027?Liam Henry anyone??
Other clubs aren’t as haphazard with their players contracts as we are.A big yes but He is signed until the end of 2027?
Another iconic magpie of the 70s moves on - RIP RussellThe great Russell "Spider" "Flight" Mullins has passed away.
A sad day for any Magpie that had the pleasure of sitting on the Lidcombe hill watching Russell fly through the air to take a short kick off and score the winning try.
R.I.P Russell.
The NRL would become even more of a joke if they allow this to happen - this has escalated from WT allowing TDS to "talk " to other clubs to now clubs offering 3 year deals 18 months in advance.Talk on 360 was that the deal will be for 27. Not earlier. Take that with a grain of salt though.🤷
at 200k each it’s no worse then signing up 5-6 young players on potential who don’t develop at all. It probably allows us to spend money and space on actual first graders. They are both toilers so at least one will be working hard and hang around to provide the depth long term. This would be a disaster for the club. Hope and Murray shouldn't be anywhere near the top 30
from when - immediately or for 2026 or maybe 2027. NRL contracts have become a total farce.take your pick between manly and parra done deal will be announced after the game tomorrow
disappointing from the club
Spot on KC. Player swaps sound good in theory but rarely happen. We don’t need a player in return or atleast wouldn’t want what these teams will offer
Use the spare money to extend the Fainus and focus on Haywood who also has heaps of potential
Unfortunate to lose Tallyn but it’s not like we don’t have backup plans
Wow, lose a gun up and comer and promote two bog average players into our top 30 (Hope and Murray) that’s how you roster manage 🤦🏻♂️
Partly why I sad that’s how I see this playing out, not how I want it playing out.Two bog average players managed by Richo's son.

Seems this club will be stuck in the doldrums forever; no matter whose in charge....Haywood has potential but so did Chris Faagutu, Jake Mullaney, Brenden Santi, Junior Roqica, Penie Tagive and countless others who never made it. Meanwhile, TDS has played 20 games of first grade and will most likely play a couple of hundred more unless cut short by injuries. Letting him go 18 months early without any cover for Api is utter madness.
If Benji is true to form he probably won't.So disappointing… why bother playing him even
It looks very ugly dosn't it. The fans have put up with so much.I kind of understand that they don't make decisions based on fans and members, but surely someone from management is considering how this looks to the supporter base and how it will feel. You can't just put your head in the sand, and I'm hoping there is a lengthy explanation as to why this has gone down like this.
Galvin I get and was happy to see the back of, but I'm very confused why we wouldn't make tds see out his contract at the very least.
Did he drop the ball over the try line, or was it that he just failed to single-handedly win them the game ? 🤣 🤣 🤣dogs fans not happy with Galvin tonight…
