Leo Epifania - great news looming !!
Great news for Wests Tigers with additional Rugby League knowledge, on and off the paddock with Leo Epifania named on the WT Board.
Leo ticks all boxes that are needed to be ticked:-
1. RL Team and on field knowledge,
2. A true understanding of Culture,
3. Management of a Club from membership to merchandise to staff to facilities,
4. He is the first WT Board Member voted on through the WM Board without interference from HBG. (Thanks HBG Board for finally allowing this possible to become reality, without interference.)
5. Leo was voted on unanimously
6. Leo is a straight shooter and will do what’s right by WT, while understanding the relationship with WM has been a difficult one and probably knows best how to act in everyones interests without holding back the progress of the WT.
Remember, he has lived and endured the wrongs of the JV and would know better than anyone what’s best for the whole organisation from WM to HBG to WT.
This could be one of the best appointments ever made to the WT Board, if they’re smart enough to utilise his knowledge.
He is there now, so WT should be cashing in, they won’t get many opportunities like this.
Let’s see if WT take Leo’s experience on board.

I didn’t make it to the second song …. The first one was pretty lame …they must have wrote the lyrics on the bus on the way to the studio …

The 2nd song was Village People. It was our theme song before the game when Roosters smashed us in the semis in the 80's. Masters was coach I think. It was a sad Saturday afternoon. Then mom called us in. We were on our BMX bikes. Don't remember much after that - well - who wants to remember the losses? Soon enough. You become an expert at it. Keep the money in your own wallet.

Mate, you have absolutely no idea if he underestimated the job in front of him , NONE.. because you are not in his head and are not privy to his thought process and unless he confides in you or you have had in depth discussions with him as to his thoughts and expectations of the job in front of him all you have is your opinion based on whatever data you are choosing to base it on but none of it proves that Richo underestimates the task before him . As for his attitude being flippant , well it may be to you but to me he seems fired up and I just hope he is a fighter that stays .. could you imagine the state we would be in if he pulled the pin?? OMG the journos and Fox would be orgasmic !🤣

There is a teensy weensy little thing called a Strategic Plan delivered by our flippant CEO with some specific and measurable goals on there. I would consider that the single source of truth on the topic of forecasting and work estimation, instead of any conjecture over what he said in his first ever press conference. As far as I know most of them are on track but there is still a lot of work to be done. But yea he clearly has lost the plot lol.
