Nothing to lose I guess with Taylan at this stage … did he do much in KOE?

Tuitupou was very poor today.. very shaky under the high ball. Bring in Taylan though. Good defensively and 3 powerful tries from close range todayNext week I’d drop Skelton and Staines . Put Starford Toa and Isaac Tuitoupo Thompson on the wings and bring Taylan May into the centres to partner Douhei

I gotta add we dont fight to regain our feet in the tackle in possesion...so slow there...we lose the wrestle 99% of the time in possesion getting put on our back and turned around....even if we do land on knees & elbows theres little urgency for a quick ptb...it all starts here in attack and defenseThe coaching has gotta improve too .. they lose the ruck battle every week … their line speed is slow…they aren’t turning that around in a week though ..although maybe the poor old Titans might be going through the motions … I doubt it though ..

I'm buckled how else do you deal with it2nd or 3rd bottle cracked already?
Something I notice, not just in this game but across the board. Is that often the team that gets attacking momentum does so by rolling through the ruck. The players constantly stand up and steal one to two metres as they stand up to play the ball and it has the markers retreating. It is rarely officiated on and it means that the defensive team either has offside markers, or only one onside. It frustrates me to watch but I also don’t understand at this point why the Tigers don’t try the same method?Seemed like we were flat most of the game - hard to see on the tele but the Warriors looked to be doing a lot of up and in that stifled the attack in the middle third. Like NSW we failed to react to it appropriately.
We look better with AD as a ball playing 13 - gets both Luai and Latu that little bit wider and I think that little bit of time makes a difference. We are significanly better in attack with AD at 13 than Twal and he offered more in attack than Bird (who was terrible today). At 13 AD gives us a bigger boot and potentially the use of the floating bomb as well.
I'm not blaming the officiating for the loss - but a couple of those poor calls led to points.
We have a lot of work to do this week if we are going to be competitive agaisnt the last placed Titans at home.

We only release players mid season mate, not sign them!Dylan Walker just laid on a nice try … he would have been the kind of player we could have done with mid season
🤤Translation...Next week is an event. Come along and slum it. 2040 is an event.
I’m glad you finally got that off your chest mate.Jarome Luai has added nothing to the Tigers this season. Nothing.
You need to be pushing thrru the defense to do this...making post contact meters.Something I notice, not just in this game but across the board.
