he’s mentioned before that when he came on his contract stipulated that he’s 100% in control and makes the decisions, the board are just consulted. he doesn’t even tell them recruitment plans, players they are after etc so i doubt the board call the shots re benji

It's not true. No disrespect to Odessa as i'm sure he is just passing on things he hears but I would be taking what he says with a huge grain of salt.

Coaching is very likely part of the problem as I thought he was adding decent impact early in the season.
You don’t just lose all ability within 3 - 4 months.
 
Richo is doing his best to prop up Benji, but as CEO he is technically answerable to the board.

No big contract pay out issues because his wages are being paid by a big sponsor and not the club.

If the board decide to move against Benji, Richo doesn’t have to accept responsibility, but he will lose some face because he’s been backing Benji to the hilt.

Not even that.

Us members aren’t very high on the list of priorities, especially at the moment.

If you disagree with them, they tend to send you to Coventry!

Knocking back sponsorship enquiries is a new low!

I’m going to send an email to another club and see how they go compared to us.
