Does your statement do anything positive towards helping the JV?
Why don't you just suck it up, get on with it and try to come up with something positive, as any alternative if the JV crashes, could be worse for everyone involved.

I think getting rid of that Aldi musician Dennis Burgess would go a long way to restoring some credibility. How does anyone take you seriously when that deadshit turns up, hair everywhere, dyed bleavh blonde with some rat tail thing coming off the side.

What an embarrassment.

I hear ya.
But really, stupid hair cuts don’t affect your brain cells. I had a full-on mohawk for about 10years as a young builder, I use to wear a hat at work as it’s a perception thing. But I was always loved by customers and yes it did shock a few when they seen me not at work, but it’s just hair.
I just want the best professionals, and I don’t care what they look like if they do good work. But that’s the problem right there, the perception is that they are shite at the job, and look, one of them has a stupid hair cut so he must be the worse.

No...the difference is you were young. The guy is a Chairman and in his 70's...he should dress appropriately for his role and age. It's not Google...or a building site. It adds to our clown factor.

Yeah fair call and I do agree as I have a nerd cut now.
Just sometimes I think we put way too much importance on appearance and perception rather than quality outcomes.
Not a dig at you, it’s a human thing.

And yes he does look like a children’s clown that’s spent the night on the drink on a park bench.

I get your point. It shouldn't matter. If he'd been some fantastic leader for us, he'd get an instant pass on the hairdo, but he's not, so he doesn't.

So, with you calling Dennis Burgess a "deadshit", do the WTF rules then allow me to call you the same?
And by the way, you should have said "bleavh Blonde" bad built butch body 😀, with regard to the one and only Marjorie Taylor Greene.

As you know I am 78 yoa.
About 7 years ago I let my hair grow to nearly shoulder length, and I had it like that for about 12 months, and it was my decision only to get it cut.
It was always clean and tidy, and my wife would put a band in my hair sometimes so that I had a ponytail.
I have no idea how old Dennis is and it doesn't bother me like it does you.
You need to realise it's NOT what is on the outside of a person, it's what's inside their head and most importantly empathy, honesty and decency.
Do you have those three characteristics'?

I'm sorry, but you have no idea what's in his head. I just look at his actions and how he presents himself. That is the image he wants to portray to the world...a washed up rocker who has no respect for his position that he thinks it's ok to turn up like a drongo.
