If you did a 3 year third party deal with Adam Doueihi and in the 3rd year he went to New Guinea you would technically still be obliged to pay him, it is supposedly strictly a deal between the 3rd party sponsor and the player, nothing related to a particular club and applicable regardless of which team he is playing for.

That's my understanding at least.

I believe you can sponsor a player conditional of them being at a club. If you are a local business it would only make sense you want to sponsor a local player.
The only example I can really remember in the media is Parra BMW sponsoring Moses. It was reported when before re-signing with eels that if he were to leave he'd have lost his car.
I believe it is a breach (in this example) if Eels asked BMW to sponsor Moses.

I don't think he should be making 40 plus tackles at his age with his injury past. Unfortunately he's kicking game is limited or I think he could become a dynamic half . Needs an off season with Cromk.
