Ehh...maybe in the past. We seem to attempt to cut our losses pretty quickly these days...Bird, Hunt...being shopped around...I have more faith they'll get it right these days.

Its a pretty low base, but yes there seems to have been a shift in the last 12 months. Benji is at the wheel

Mal Meninga was saying assistants have more contact with players then head coaches.

New head coaches shouldn't be judged until after 6 years.

Similar to a tradie really cannot be judged until 2 years p post apprenticeship completion.

If AOB has more contact with our blokes its a no from me

AOB is probably a decent coach … he took his very mid team to the finals 4 times in six years … but even with this success Knights fans have been saying for years he has to go …

And to think some people here complained when Madge got the punt …lol ..

Just been speaking to a player manager who has a player at the Knights. All the Knights players are off O’Brien apparently and they are happy he is leaving. Blake Green is well liked apparently.

When you combine the goss on O’Brien with the fact he is managed by Isaac Moses you could put a line through him at the Tigers hopefully. O’Brien may find it difficult to get a job for a while unless it is with another Isaac Moses “managed” club.

Just watched it, I'm with you on this topic. I don't see that as bad journalism at all. It's not a facetious question. It's not a wind up. It's not even on the richter scale of some of the garbage Benji has had to contend with all season. Des just looked fed up and finished, checked out, and couldn't even be bothered stonewalling a Journo without much effort.

We would probably have to, but my opinion only...the Knights is a poison chalice right now. Their cap is hamstrung for years.
