Shopping Nightmares

So 5 weeks have passed and still no television.
It took 2 weeks for the damaged one to get checked off at Sony and now another four days just to dispatch the new television even though I had been given priority and it would be asap.
Received a text with a connote number for the first time (nothing for first delivery or return pick up). Estimated date for arrival at Nambucca from Sydney - 29 September, another 12 days.
Sony - you legends.
Will be sending the Managing Director a letter explaining why I will never buy Sony again. Won't mean 3/5ths of sfa to him but gives me the satisfaction having my say.
Tear them a new one on TV reviews, forums and social media mickey, bad publicity brings lower sales, where it hurts.

I love it how suppliers say something is going to take 10 plus days to deliver something
56 years ago we got a spaceship to the moon in 4 days ......and yet all the years later it takes 14 days to send a parcel 500 kms ......something not right when they won't send something till x amount of kgs or parcels in reached

Once they get a sale they don't give a F, it cost them money to replace and send out so they do it the most cost saving way possible.

They don't care if it takes forever and inconveniences the customer.

I hope you signed it with ya blood sweat and tears.
No other choice. A lot of corporate websites dos not let you know their postal address as they want to channel everything through their app or call centre. Most do not list a general phone number either these days.
I had to search for a couple of hours to find out who the managing director is currently but believe I found my man 🙂.

Just need to find the right place. Their Facebook page already has my thoughts but it is not well-subscribed so little impact. Probably got more reach here atm. Was going to do a product review of course but focussing on the lack of service, this says don't bother.
