Looking at this we can only dream for players like payne and Keaon,
But realistically we are more of a chance for someone like Josh Curran, he would be handy for the right price. Still not alot of Decent forwards bar the ones i already named.
Would only keep S.Fainu and Skelton out of our lot, the other 9 can go.

Obviously Payne, or Tino, or Keon, who aren’t on the list?, but Lindsay Smith and Sorensen might be more achievable and economical.
There was a few exgirlfriends on there I wouldn’t have back, even if they did shaved their underarms.
Although if I had the space and on min wage I’d maybe take Sam Mc back. I always thought he would’ve made a better lock for Sheens than Hastings.

He is the one player that has improved the most over the last couple of seasons, I’d like to think it was coaching but I reckon it was the arrival of his brothers.

yeah he did take a while to come around. but man he was heavily underrated for us this year outplayed pole IMO

I think he is the least of our worries after watching the Samuela & Tartak interview.

I'd suggest 2-3 year extension soon.

Craig baffles me tbh.

In 2023 I watched him play schoolboys and absolutely brain it. Then he played in the Koori Knock-out as a high schooler and looked like bloody Dylan Edwards playing fullback.

Something went wrong upstairs during the 23/24 preseason. Instead of developing on the curve he should have he regressed. I did see something of a recovery by the end of the year but yeah not to a degree where I could say he was even close to NSW cup much less first grade.

But there is a player in there somewhere. Just not sure he thinks there is.

Good summation as there is definately a decent player in him, but like many young players who were once at the top of the tree, losing confidence can be a massive road block and quite often there is ulterior motives behind the loss of confidence that prove too difficult to overcome.
Let’s hope this is not the case for Will and he rediscovers his best in 2025.
Will is fast enough, strongly built, carries the ball strongly and is a good try scoring finisher, but he’s under 6 foot tall and has had struggles under the high ball which has become problematic.

Of course I don't and neither does anyone. Let's look at it logically.

We have not already recruited an experienced 13.

If we take Richo at his word, and the way he approached recruiting last off season, we will be waiting to see what drops from the tree.

It is possible that an experienced FG 13 drops from the tree; but if an experienced 13 was seen as a high priority it would not be left to chance.

So I think you can say, with a fair bit of certainty, that Benji and Richo have an in house plan for that position - that may be trumped by an opportunity recruitment.

So much common sense! Rare on here.

He signed a 4-year contract in Oct '22.
A school kid promised a NRL spot in 4 yrs time-----2026, what a joke.
Please, never again give a kid a 4-yr deal on potential.
And there must always be GET OUT CLAUSES on non-performance
