Oh for a December like that again next year, and an independent controlled board again to boot (pun intended).

So you’re acknowledging the actions you’ve been vehemently defending the last 2 weeks has an impact on retention & recruitment in a negative manner?

Was looking through a big bunch of photos compiled on The Ambush page on Facebook the other day which may help scratch some of that itch.

Agree with all you're Attard comments but disagree with it taking to long for Bula. He has several months to decide if he wants to take an option (same for the club). He has plenty of footy in that time to prove his worth to all suitors. He has all next season to sign here or elsewhere.
Right from the start I haven't been expecting anything from him until after he's played some footy next year. The recent instability at the club, in my opinion, only makes that more likely.
I understand why fans want a decision from him now but I don't understand why we would expect one.

All the jibber you here in the media about the love for the club and Benji just makes you think if that's the case he couldn't wait to sign.

But it's looking like the board rubbish has taken it's toll, I don’t know how they think it would help at the time, how unprofessional.

They need a squad, too early to say they will be highly competitive right now.

They were always going to nab some quality players given how much cash & backing they have behind them. Its the other 20 which will be the key, alot of cap space has been spent already.

I think it's just jibber, they all say that. Remember when Utoikamanu wanted to be the next captain here.
Obviously the nonsense with the board doesn't help but I'm doubtful we'd have heard anything official from Bula as yet if the whole thing never happened.
