Well I think you’re in the minority there, a lot more fans like him and are willing give him a chance than those who are not.
The central point, which you have missed or chosen to miss, is not whether fans like him or are willing to give him a go. It is that he is
handcuffed and as a result, there was
no transparency. That was evident from his interview. Still waiting for the quotes in relation to the "transparency" you speak of - I couldn't find any.
You've framed this as if I have some personal gripe with SM and I want him sacked. That dishonesty is shameful. My issue is that he is limited in his control and decion-making. Don't you see? It wouldn't matter if we had Elon Musk as CEO. He wouldn't be the one making the decisions.
I'm sure SM has a best intentions approach, but I certainly couldn't get up in front of fans and try to avoid the questions they want answered. At that point, you've conceded your integrity in my view, but I also appreciate he is in a tough spot - his choices are limited to behave or leave. A man needs to pay the bills also.
No other club is held back like we are by their board and if they are, there is a mechanism to boot them out.
So one again - quote SM where he was transparent. You can't because he wasn't allowed to say anything for fear of losing his job.
