OFFICIAL Lachlan Galvin #277 *Released* Career Discussion.

He must have been on instructions to pass the ball more today. His pass to run ratio was 4.44 today. Last week it was 1.86

Massive over correction. Guy thinks he’s Wally Lewis. Could have been the long term 5/8 in a team on the way up inside a rep standard half. Instead he wanted it all and he wanted it now.

Presently we seem to have come out of the whole thing better off.

I think Galvin went alright to be fair. The coach is the one that appears to have lost the plot.
His whole career at the Dogs has varied between alright and poor. There’s been little brilliant. Neither organisation nor playmaker nor dominant running. I honestly don’t think he’s a better player than when he left us. At best he’s similar, arguably he’s regressed slightly. They lack organisation. Sexton gave them that, Mahoney gave them directness. It worked and let Crichton and Burton the platform to build off. That second half today was just awful. It’s not to say they’re a terrible team - there’s a lot of talent there - but they’ve demolished the platform that worked for them early last season and replaced it with something that doesn’t always work.

He would never have been involved as we can see through BS artists.
He also does not understand the QLD way.
Therefore if he was from up here he’d be an office worker not connected to the game in any way.
Look, yes he doesn't get the QLD way.

But Tuck, don't forget it was guys like Gould and Fulton who helped keep the NRL together when Rupert Murdock started his stupid Brainfart Superleague competition. Look Gus would tell you it was all him and Fulton, but he did not do nothing like an office worker.

Don't get me wrong, one of the best moments in origin was when the TV camera panned to 4 supporters cheering a sign saying "Shut up Gus"!
I really don't want to defend the guy, he is basically a male Karen who complains way more then what he does. Yes he is wrong heaps of times.

Compared however with the HBG, Gould knows the game, understands the salary cap, understands how to get a NRL team together.. Not in ways I like and he is often wrong on predictions, but he isn't a NRL Amatuer.

He was picking his long passes nicely early last year and Turuva was the main beneficiary, scoring quite a few tries.

Looks to have really lost confidence in himself, everything looks slow and cumbersome.

Feels like the Bulldogs structured attack isn’t what he envisioned.

Love that the dogs have imploded from poaching our "marques" twice now. First woods, now Galvin.
The woods one to this day makes no sense right . They signed him and then had huge salary cap issues 6 months later . Then gave him away for pennies on the dollar . Only for him to instantly be a sharks bench player . Soo weird .

Shane offered Galvin 1 million dollars per season, it’s just very lucky for us that he turned him down,
Richo said he knew he was off to the bulldogs and said he knew for awhile and the 1 million was just said in the papers to put pressure on Canterbury the offer for $1 million never made it was to do with screwing over Canterburys cap
