Seyfarth plays like 15 minutes max off the bench and To'a is a good player when healthy (albeit you wonder if he ever will be). He was carving up early last season before getting hurt and the team sort of falling apart midseason.

Also for all the people who carry on about how Luai sets our standards, Benji called out Seyfarth by name when he was talking about our team's culture setters. Sure Seyfarth is a limited player, but I doubt there's a guy who tries harder on the training pitch and gives it his all whenever he's on the field.
