Canterbury has reinvented their attack since Kikau came back. Giving him early ball and playing off it. We need to take note there.

Not sure if it's injuries, lack of support, lack of coaching.. but I've definitely seen enough of him to know this guy can be a weapon under the right support team.

That’s not correct.
Came to us as a relative rookie and is now an in demand player. Was in origin chat prior to injury. Has been a little quiet since returning but there’s other factors there.

Fair, I think he had a good 2024 but a poor 2025 and 2026 to his 2024 standards.
Still, under our watch, he's declined. What other factors are there other than injury, because injuries are quite common. Have we not managed his injuries well or not conditioned him well enough to come out better with his injuries?
Our attack across the park has stalled historically since AD returned. There’s something going on within the group.

I believe the problem is the halves and game plan, in 2024 he was a middle so he could take big carries all game, now he’s on the edge getting no ball, at the start of the year Luai and jock were feeding him good ball and he was on fire
Halves have never looked more disconnected than they did against Parra.

That or the dragons game, they didn’t look like setting anyone up all game, and when they did have an opportunity they messed it like like ad throwing a dime to the touch judge
One time in the first half Luai had something on left and AD dummied and took a soft hit up. Said it all to me, looks pretty toxic.

I think if you watch Kikau highlights since he’s returned, you’ll see how important he’s been to their revival. Getting Crichton on the ball has been a good decision also.
Burton also didn’t throw his toys out of his cot when moved from halves, which helps.
