No halves to give him good ball. SOS JavonHe needs to pull his damn finger out.
Lately all he does is pounce around the field like a big bloody fairy.
Canterbury has reinvented their attack since Kikau came back. Giving him early ball and playing off it. We need to take note there. He needs to pull his damn finger out.

That’s only one part of it. He doesn’t explode into the line like he used to.No halves to give him good ball. SOS Javon
Plus Crichton to 5/8 has changed things.Canterbury has reinvented their attack since Kikau came back. Giving him early ball and playing off it. We need to take note there.
That’s not correct.Someone who's gone backwards since he came to us.
Not sure if it's injuries, lack of support, lack of coaching.. but I've definitely seen enough of him to know this guy can be a weapon under the right support team.
Fair, I think he had a good 2024 but a poor 2025 and 2026 to his 2024 standards. That’s not correct.
Came to us as a relative rookie and is now an in demand player. Was in origin chat prior to injury. Has been a little quiet since returning but there’s other factors there.
Our attack across the park has stalled historically since AD returned. There’s something going on within the group.Fair, I think he had a good 2024 but a poor 2025 and 2026 to his 2024 standards.
Still, under our watch, he's declined. What other factors are there other than injury, because injuries are quite common. Have we not managed his injuries well or not conditioned him well enough to come out better with his injuries?
I believe the problem is the halves and game plan, in 2024 he was a middle so he could take big carries all game, now he’s on the edge getting no ball, at the start of the year Luai and jock were feeding him good ball and he was on fireFair, I think he had a good 2024 but a poor 2025 and 2026 to his 2024 standards.

Halves have never looked more disconnected than they did against Parra.I believe the problem is the halves and game plan, in 2024 he was a middle so he could take big carries all game, now he’s on the edge getting no ball, at the start of the year Luai and jock were feeding him good ball and he was on fire
That or the dragons game, they didn’t look like setting anyone up all game, and when they did have an opportunity they messed it like like ad throwing a dime to the touch judgeHalves have never looked more disconnected than they did against Parra.
One time in the first half Luai had something on left and AD dummied and took a soft hit up. Said it all to me, looks pretty toxic. That or the dragons game, they didn’t look like setting anyone up all game, and when they did have an opportunity they messed it like like ad throwing a dime to the touch judge
Are you telling me Doobs hogged the ball last game?Honestly I blame AD for this.. He kept running towards his side and running past him and not passing it lol
It was a good mix of ball hogging and throwing it over the sideline behind players..Are you telling me Doobs hogged the ball last game?
That just reminded me of a bet, @Halbrowne61 who gets the Cam Smith avatar?
He’ll play origin soon he reckons. It was a good mix of ball hogging and throwing it over the sideline behind players..
Creighton to 7 was the big change..took all the playmaking responsibility off Galvin, who now has a bit roleCanterbury has reinvented their attack since Kikau came back. Giving him early ball and playing off it. We need to take note there.
Champion @Buttface, if I might quote Isaac Beacroft, our new Commonwealth Games 10,000m race walk champion:He’ll play origin soon he reckons.
I think if you watch Kikau highlights since he’s returned, you’ll see how important he’s been to their revival. Getting Crichton on the ball has been a good decision also.Creighton to 7 was the big change..took all the playmaking responsibility off Galvin, who now has a bit role
Theyre much better for it
