We’ve just received news that DWZ could be out for the season with a broken collarbone.

What’s the inside scoop with Luke Laulilii? I understand he wasn’t rated highly amongst many of you? He has slotted in well into our cup team from the glimpses I’ve seen from him so far.

Welcome mate.

Luke is a goer. He will try real hard and have some quality moments.

His hands can let him down sometimes and his defensive reads need work. I will be very interested to see if he defends well on the end of the Wahs backline. If Webster can fix his issues so quickly than that will really highlight how bad Benji and our coaches are.

His yardage carries are massive when coming out of your own end & he’ll win most tackles. Good finisher. Downfall will always be his height but absolutely has a crack, reads in D can be off but AKP was like that and Webby has fixed it for the most part. Up the wahs mate

All I know is we need to go shopping , we have Alverillo and Brailey coming , both ok signings but I feel we need another 3 similar nrl quality then top up for full time reserve grade , we most likely loose 6 to 8 players end of season , time to get the cheque book out , put on your best tigers shirt and book a few lunches , time to buy now and not wait for the left overs ( Prop , Centre / Wing , Backrower , ) of quality , don’t need to be guns just solid workers

I think we need some genuine speed and height out wide, our wingers seem slow compared to other teams. And Turuva is getting smashed every time he takes the ball back lately. We need to be able to score long range tries and you need speed. How quick is Maka?

Also, a Xavier Willison quality player would be awesome, we need to someone of this level. Top 13 are okay but we need another high quality forward, I'd pay a million for a high quality proven player with a number of years left in him (Not asking for much)

Back row is okay, if Fainu comes along at the right price?

And hope our current spine can come together. Andrews, Latu, AD, Api, Haywood and Bula

So for me, a winger/centre, a central forward and a good bench player, someone like Mann.

And of course, some quality coaching to help Benji

Very good young player.
Plays with high intensity and he will get the job done for the Warriors NRL team if given the opportunity.

We need about half a dozen players who hate to lose and have a dig even when times get tough.

I’m not talking about the club not wanting him.
There are eyes on him that he doesn’t want or need in Canberra and that may be the driver to seek a move.
