Its not news though...its agenda driven, rehashing old negative stuff thats been dealt with, slipping the boot in yet again
Yes, it is rehashed and not news at all. This morning I logged onto news.com.au and found this headline:

dirty-benji-marshall-truth-becomes-clear-after-nrl-season-from-hell/news-story/2efed873922634c5e2f9409ff9050b61

It was the news.com.au rehash of the DW story. But nowhere did it contain any "dirty Benji Marshall truth" from Weidler. Only 2 points from the SMH DW report were mentioned:
"According to the report, Luai is upset with how he was treated by the Tigers". No examples given & no mention that he was selected to play in every game that he was available i.e. no dropping to Reserve grade a la Galvin. No mention that the Tigers were blindsided by Luai when it was discovered that Luai was required by the Chiefs to participate in personal TPA appearances whilst currently contracted to the Tigers.
The second point was this beauty:
According to Weidler, Marshall “privately believes” the culture and the make-up of the playing group needs to change. I didn't know that DW was a mind reader, cos I'd hardly expect that Benji would confide in the dog, other to say "excuse me" to avoid bumping into him. I tried to post my thoughts in the comments section but to no avail. I then posted a comment saying that Benji's lawyers would be licking their lips, ready to file a defamation claim. Funny, they didn't accept that post either.

Yes, I know it's clickbait, but when we are soon to be censored by Albo for everything internet-related, it is clear that the future of truth has been determined for us.

Look, the only thing interesting in this article is Wiesel, the Isaac Moses mouth piece, writes we should be getting Brooks back. That tells me what Isaac and Luke are thinking. The rest is (well the entirety) is Moses driven agenda.

The Broncos went from premiers to not even making the 8 you would think that would be a bigger story
The media has been banging on about the Broncos and Madge and what’s gone wrong to team disharmony, Haas leaving and Adam Reynolds’s snub all year. I don’t know how you’ve missed it.

I don't read it that way. It's more about Tago, To'o, Luai, Talagi and May's experience that night, and how May wants to move on from that and be a leader/captain for the Tigers.

Yes, it does talk about Jarome at the end of the article, his time with us, and him not turning up to the awards night. But the reality is this will continue to be talked about until Luai laces on the boots for the Eels.

That was a year ago apparently someone here said

Weidler was referring to the 2025 Pacific Championship, when Luai and May were playing for Samoa.

The article finishes by making the point that Luai’s camp think they shouldn’t be targeted through the media or on social media for him not attending the awards night, particularly when Brett Hodgson also wasn’t there because he had returned to France to be with his family.

I don't even see how this is a story and was posted as a thread.

Just a reminder for those wanting to fire up. Last years wooden spooners are playing in a prelim next week, while we floundered yet again. Agendas or not, you can’t argue how we are the only club who can’t get their act together.

100%. To add to that Holbrook was available as head coach before he went to Newcastle. There set up is so much better than us. From board to football department. Every club plays us off a break.

A lot of journos are saying that it was due to injuries, and others say that Madge once again trained the team too hard which contributed to the injuries.

This is an interesting snapshot of which teams had the most to least injuries.
