Benji knows what a basket case the club is.
Name a self respecting club who would allow a rookie coach (with no coaching experience) to leverage an ownership balls up, to sign a 5 year multimillion dollar extension, that includes clauses that will pay him out in full?
What a pointless team. Doesn’t make a lot of sense. Did they just have a ring around to see who could make it.
Benjji is running the club.
So if it’s currently a basket case, it’s mainly because of him and getting rid of a good recruitment manager in Scott Fulton.
He offloaded Luai, so he’s doing something right.

It was a good decision, Benji didn’t need to know.
He landed is the Fainu brothers and would have landed us plenty of more quality players had we not sacked him.
Yes it was Benji who demanded the board be sacked and Richardson shown the door and made false accusations against him that were thrown out by the NRL. Then he marched in and demanded his contract to be extended till 2030.
What was that you were saying about some supporters making assumptions from the outside looking in.

It’s as clear as day who sacked Scott Fulton and allowed Benji to have full control of all rugby league related matters.
So now the proof is in the pudding and that decision was not a good one.
We have plenty of supporters asking for an experienced Head of Recruitment who has connections far and wide.
We had that person and he got sacked.
