Unless you’re completely avoiding contact it’s a tough one … to me it’s a fatigued playing over stretching to bring a man down who’s beaten him

They hapen in a split second and a defender had no way of knowing how the ball runners body is going to move once contacts made

Interesting they take the injury into account when determing penalty...what about a pre existing injury?

Hard to imagine how his dad can remain focussed today...i guess the assistants will take the load

We’ve had 2 players end their career due to these tackles and nothing was done about it

Unfortunately I don’t think they’ll ever completely just disappear. Because they’re an accident under fatigue

I don't anyone has... but i think it's time the NRL brings in 20 minutes in the bin for something like that the other team losing a play for dirty play you should cop 20 minutes without a player

Most hip drops are accidental and the chance of injury pure luck.

If Crossland is sent off that should be the outcome for all hip drops as they all have the possibility of a bad injury.

API was penalised - sin binned - suspended (mainly because of the Newcastle/canberra ? player writhing in pain - before playing on)

Radley was penalised only for the same thing

There is no consistency and must be penalty and sin bin (on report)
