Cracking game. Australia a bit lucky but looked a lot better when Dearden came on. Made me feel a bit old when they referred to the biggest crowd at an international game since 1974. I was at that game.

They fought like dogs and took their chances when they came. They also had a bloke in the bin and despite that outscored their opposition 5 tries to 3. If Isaako wasn’t playing, Kiwis lose well despite dominating field position and possession.

I think we definitely finished stronger - Dearden made a huge difference. We had some luck in the first half that kept us in it but you have to play 80 against quality opposition.

You just proved what I said. They outscored the Kiwis because Bostock carried the team. If you think the Aussies were the better team, you must have been watching a different game.

If you want to rate each individual player, most were very average.
