I backed small fry second in Geelong cup yesterday

Hit the runway was good in the trials, mail from stable is they are pretty confident today

I had backed Birdman weeks ago at about $9
I am going to have a bit of a save on Ceowolf at $7.50

I’m the same don’t usually even look at the fields during the week, On the “she who must be obeyed” advice I should just stick to Saturdays

BUT
A couple of weeks ago I went on a golf trip with 3 mates to Forster/Tuncurry and fitted the Tuncurry Cup meeting on a Friday into our itinerary 👍
My wife asked me to back Dubai Warrior in the cup for her and one of my mates backed it as well for a collect at 10 to 1.
So last night I get a message from my mate asking if my wife backed up on Dubai Warrior yesterday at Warwick Farm (paid $51)
When I informed her of the news
Of course she says WHY didn’t you put something on it 🤷‍♂️
Have to laugh otherwise I 😭
