OFFICIAL Samuela Fainu #280

Try the Voss yeast, its a fast ferment , 3 -4 days and then fast carbonate at 30PSI for 2day then drop it down to 10PSI, drinking in less than a week 😉 I've brewed many batches of the liquid gold , I might even knock up a batch this weekend.🍻

Thanks for the tip, will it hurt if I just slow charge it at 12psi for 5-6 days like I usually do? I normally leave in the vessel for about 9-10 days and cold crash it for 24 hours at 2°C before kegging and connecting it at 12psi.

I don't have check valves on my gas lines and worried I'll send beer back up the gas line when I reconnect the coupler.

That was literally the reason . His agent comes back in a few weeks

I would have thought that he would have had gophers sorting it out for him though.

Can't tell me when Moses was banned he didn't have others doing the paperwork while he was still wheeling and dealing. At the very least he was dictating to others within his agency how he needed things to go down.

Whenever someone says something like this, I can’t help but think of Marge vs the Monorail where they realise the rail is shoddy and the old man says “You better have a damn good conductor”. And it cuts away to Homer trying to open the door with a coat hanger because he locked his keys inside.
I think we have a top 8 team there.....so now it's all up to Benji, and I have my doubts, unless he accepts a
mentor- asst coach to advise him, and takes on that advice (assuming its good advice !!!)

I use the Voss Kveik in summer when i get hot. Temperature Range: 20–40°C with an optimal high-performance range of 35–40°C.
My current Hazy Pale Ale turned out great. I used the LalBrew Verdant which has an Optimal Temperature Range: 18°C – 25°.

The location where my fermenter is has an ambient of between 16 to 25°C, usually sits around 20-22°C though.
