Scott Fulton got sacked and no replacement.
Richo thought he would justify his million dollar price tag and take on 3 jobs.
Very honourable, but one man cannot do 3 jobs no matter how good you are.
He is very good with the corporate and financial side of things, not so good at dealing with recruitment and retention as Chammas pointed out.

I’ll bite. In 18 months he put together our best roster in years.
 
Fulton got us 3 brothers. You reject that? My point being - Fulton cared - Mestrov needs a job. Start from the bottom again. West's Tigers can provide that. That's who we are. That's our identity. A feeder club. That's it. Mestrov - as if he cares but for himself.

Now if you're Mestrov, really, what are you thinking? Good pay for a few years with very low expectations would be about it. Manly would be a walk in the park compared to this and he hasn't exactly been a superstar there.

The way I read it the recruitment was a shared effort between the both of them - they’ve both spoken about how they worked well together. We were making excellent strides too, before all this unnecessary rubbish.

I know several players have publicly backed Benji (Luai & Api) but having Richo in the negotiations would have helped.
