Mate what are you talking about? Your looking to be argumentative for no reason. Show me where I, or the post i quoted mentioned anything about cutting funding? At least if your going to engage with someone make it on point, dont make stuff up
 
Who signs off on the so-called independent directors when one leaves? That wouldn't be the HBG would it. I smell a rat.

1000s of people signed a petition years ago which was based off years of dissatisfaction with the board. The anger is based off years of incompetence that anyone beyond the casual fan has been well across. Can we stop trotting out this line that people are only just realising how useless HBG are? The Cassandra complex is tiring.

I’m not making anything up, I keep pointing out that PVL has spoken with everyone involved in this recent drama and has put in strict guidelines regarding how we move forward, but many of our supporters are still not happy.
I have also pointed out that if the rumours are true and BOF and 2 other independent board members have agreed to return, they would surely not be doing that if they knew they were going to constantly be outnumbered, outvoted and have no say.
In addition to this many people like to bring up lack of funding to our rugby league department.
I stated, we had an extremely highly paid CEO who I’m near certain was by far the highest paid across the entire NRL. Where does that money come from ? Doesn’t that eat into the rugby league department expenditure?
That being the case, I’m not sure how some people continue to try and say we have been skimping on costs relating to our rugby league department.

Again, what are you talking about? You quoted me on something different now your ranting about all the things you have said that i haven't bothered reading. Dont use a random post by me to drag me into someithing i havent said. You wanna carry on, grab someone who gives a shit about what you think, or at the very least, talk about what I have actually said.

I said your making stuff up in relation to replying to my post with stuff that was irrelevant to what I wrote. The fact you then go back to talk about all the stuff you have said previously shows paranoia. I have no idea what you have said. It is what it is, you can’t have an NRL team with no supporters, so if enough supporters allow this to continue being a major problem even after PVL’s intervention and follow through with threats to no longer support the NRL team, we will not have an NRL team for much longer.

If Richo was only on $750 k a year as reported …Gus would be on way more for doing half the job… appreciate he might not have a CEO title ..but my point remains…

As far as I'm aware, the only NRL CEO salary you can be sure of is the Broncos CEO as they're a publicly listed entity. He is on about 700 per the last financial report (likely more than that per this years performance).

The HB Group grant to the club per the last report was 1.7m, the NRL grant is 21m. So the NRL are effectively paying the CEOs salary.
 
Most fans are not interested or aware of club politics...
Over the years Ive talked to supporters at home games when weve had recent boardroom dramas and most are unaware of things other than the 80 minutes on the park each week.
To be fair.its all pretty mind numbing
