The game is different now and its almost better having those compact forwards who are powerful and have a big motor. I know you hate being told the club has no money …because suggesting a 100 different players to come to the club is what you do throughout the season.

This year that is going to be more pointless than it usually is …

Really can’t see many players with kids ( young ones ) going there , having to live in a compound will not go down well with the wife’s , NO shopping ( that would kill them ) my be it will just be a fly in and then out

Two very different players, imo

Skelton is a winger
Averillo is a utility back, can cover 1-6, maybe even 7, no worse than Daine Laurie did the other day.

I think people having concerns about Toa is reasonable given how he played at the back end of last season and what we have since heard about his injury …. But I suspect they are going to have to deal with it in 2026 with what they already have

Have zero issues with concerns with Toa, I have them as well. The replacement names some are mentioning aren’t any better than him - they are all fringe 1st graders for a reason with similar issues.

Funny how their is a line up of clubs fighting for his signature ?
Jesse Arthurs looks likely to switch to the Titans immediately which would be a good fit for him and the club, he’s far too good to be playing reserve grade.
