I see this so much with two players tackling a player at the same time.
That probably happens because the space between them.is too large and they both try and close it at the same time.
There was no mitigating factor like no markers or fast PTB. Just poor spacing and position awareness.

Not only that but our forwards are soft as. So sick of May tbh doing the Woods type back in to tackles for 5 seconds and kill the momentum.
