Another case of us not being patient enough with our star juniors who did not fulfill their potential as quickly as what we would have liked.
Due to some issues of probably not getting himself as fit as he should have been and compounded by a bad run of injuries, we have not seen the best of Kit until recently.
He is now starting to show the form that had him so highly rated as a junior and he could have been the perfect starting 13 for us next season.
Let’s hope we get both he and Luke back in Wests Tigers colours in a couple of years time.

All of Kit’s ball carries remained very strong and I thought Ryder Huth done things at speed all game without fear.
Glassie Glassie was very strong with every ball carry and muscled up defensively against thehighly rated Dayne Jennings.
Lucky to get away with a draw,, but we have some very good prospects in this team and they can beat any rival Jersey Flegg team if they are on their game.
Makasini didn’t get much opportunity to show his best.
Haywood and Attard both continue to show glimpses of their class and are both very good prospects moving forward.
Blake Van Drie another continues to rise, showing very good signs and continued improvement.
Archie Duncombe worked hard, but not real effective today.
I think it was a mistake leaving Lenny Plati out, maybe injured?
He might give away a bit in size, but he plays with high intensity and aggression, always up for the fight and digs in when the going gets tough.

Good wrap up. Agree with all of the above and want to throw in Filipe Huahulu for his finishing, carries out of yardage & strong defence. Ceiling is high for this kid, only 19yo.

I can see him being a starting lock in the Erin Clark mould somewhere.
Erin Clark did not establish himself as a regular NRL player until around age 24, Kit is still only 21y.o
I know I sound like a broken down record, but too many of our supporters forget how young a lot of our players are and mark them very harshly just because they made their NRL debuts at a very young age.

Yes I like his potential.
He has taken to the step up to playing Jersey Flegg very well, he is the prototype tall, strong, fast and athletic winger and continues to improve,
As mentioned in other posts I don’t always agree with Shane Sultana’s team selections, but geez he makes a lot of very good decisions and seems to have great eye for spotting emerging talent and playing a crucial role in their development.
In an area that we have previously struggled in, it appears Shane Sultana is very valuable to our club.

Yeah I think part of Sultana's remit is to develop players in other positions partly as directed from above.

Example, Huahulu & Glassie have played on both left & right sides of the field this season and looked good, same with Mitch Taotua. Logan Brookes on the wing, Jack Attard at 5/8 etc.

I think they will continue to progress Sultana in the system. Would not be surprised to see him elevated to NSW Cup coach next season or season after.

They to keep 90% of this current Flegg together next season in Flegg as well as coaching staff develop them correctly and slowly.

My number one draft pick from this year for a reason. In sport they talk about intangibles a lot and that is what Blake is made of. Football just works for Blake. He is only SG Ball age too and has come out of nowhere since the start of last year.

Blake and Siotame Havea have the football iq you in your middle forwards just need to be developed slowly.
