The Manly segment where it was a low lights package of errors and Manly killing it with the music... so embarrassing.
Followed up with a light hearted segment about Luciano cracking jokes and how everyone thinks he's a prankster...
I'd love to know who thought this was a good idea to put into the doco?
Like here's a woeful attempt at a game to upset u but don't worry here's funny guy Luciano dancing and laughing...
really sums the team up.
MCK having the time of his life with the opposition after a loss.
They don't have their jobs serious.
You can see it whenever u see Mbye play.
Or Talau... how he even gets picked is beyond me.
They don't listen to Madge.
Guy pours his heart out and they just go out their in first gear, low efforts, stinking it up.
This doco is actually really embarrassing and upsetting and I hope I'm not the only one.
Not to mention that ending.
What does that signify?
It was like a tribute to a lost one?
A fade out sequence with the chair.
I'm seriously bewildered with this hot pile of garbage.
The Manly game was bizarre.. I'm waiting for some sort of resolution, or for the part where that performance is addressed but no, they just cut straight to Luciano laughing and having a good old time (which was in quite poor taste considering his recent form).
100% they don't listen to Madge. And what's worse is he's saying everything most of us have been saying - reserve graders ready to take their place, that they're enjoying all the perks (massages etc.) but aren't giving anything back on the field. Basically everything wrong with their attitude Madge seems to be directly calling them out on, but they're just obviously not listening.
I think the chair at the end was just poor editing that didn't really clearly convey what it was intending to. And I don't like the way these episodes end so abruptly - takes me a few seconds to realise they're actually finished.
Good post man, thanks for the reply.
I've been waiting for some one to agree or disagree.
These are the main points I took out of it.
All a bad look, IMO. Very poorly put together.
