So for all his yelling at them, what has changed since then?

A few things stood out for me
- there seems to be a disconnect between the players. Evident in the dressing sheds and the training footage. Even after the saints game there seemed to be players on the periphery of the celebration
- there is no talk and no enthusiasm in the dressing room
- Madge’s comments on the young blokes in the Titans game were poor. Seemed to be a mindset which is no good when you are building the club around those youngsters
- every speech of Madge had me cringing. It was almost like a foul mouthed teacher talking down to students. There was no engagement of the players or attempts to bring them in
- I am trying to work out what all the people in the coaches box do. Seem to be a lot of yes men and hangers on.

Honestly I would be happy to see Madge, Snoopy and the other hanger onners being asked to pack their bags.

Mbye, BJ, JTJ and a few others can head off as well.

I have seen nothing that shows any relationship between the playing group and the coaching staff.

I don’t think there is any chance of success unless either the coaching staff, or the vast majority of the playing group are changed.

I’m wondering if the change of leadership was that necessary that it got pushed on Tamou. I get that he was captain of the Panthers. But from the moment he was interviewed it was almost implied by the media that he will be captain of the club. Hopefully he does more yelling at blokes like he said he would the other day. As his been relatively composed so far.

I’d rather his leadership qualities

I get they were playing with a lack of energy in those first few rounds but I don’t see the benefit of the yelling, overr and over; to me it’s just wasted energy. Some lines like you enjoy the free massages and the feeling of being a first grader but don’t want to work for it were definitely warranted. I just know myself even in my own amateur comp of basketball. I’m aware of any mistakes or failed opportunities and during the halftime break I’m bouncing up and down just burning inside to go back out and rectify that. Anything anyone says during that time just isn’t going to sink in.
Now it’s not professional but I’d say as these guys are playing each game to not only win but grow their own game at halftime / full time most are sitting there deep in reflection as to what happened and what’s next.
Well the ones that give a crud are.
Others are just updating their Instagram profile.

Telling Zac Cini how to catch a ball…. As if Cini didn’t already know he’d fluffed it big time, I thought he’d let that go unsaid, I mean they have made so many horrible mistakes and the only guy we see being “coached” is Zac Cini , he’d already be going over and over his mind with it. I wish Madge would tell his long lost son Mbye to run the ball with some bloody intent or just to have a damn go in the game just one time… that would do me, just somebody calling out Mbye for his total lack of application and effort all year….
