How did we beat the storm on a field goal?

We got two tries to one, naturally the storm get two penalties close to the uprights.
With Cameron Smith and others, Marshall puts in the field goal and gets it.

Just wow.

Almost thought Brodie Croft sealed our fate. Had he passed backwards could have been very different.

Was also listening to Sterlo on MMM and I swear he had Alzheimers or something. It sounded like he was talking about last years team and where we were under JT. It was good to see us pull off the win!
 
but we weren't supposed to be level, we were supposed to cop whatever is dished out to us included that by the ref and commentators. Remember last year when WT couldn't do a field goal to save their soul.

Why?
 
Because we have been copping the rough end for years, just how other working class teams also have. If you are specifically asking about last year's missed field goal (you have bolded) it was probably coz Robbie was not there - but now thankfully we have another golden oldie who had refined their skills whilst still teenagers. The team is worth watching again. It shows we need to keep a certain amount of golden oldies to keep the standard up - **like making yogurt we use old culture to ignite the new milk.**
