This end of the season gets really interesting for us Tigers' supporters. All the twists and turns, permutations and calculations. Geez I'm glad I'm not a Roosters fan. How bored they must be.
 
Madge really needs to reinforce again that defence wins games. It's the only way we will get there if the delusion actually results. Looking back to last nights game, Luciano's defence was ordinary - two soft tries went past him. Needs to rectify with the rest of the team.

I think he's been inforcing that all year. I watched him talk about how he reinforced it to the team before Manly game. He talked about it alot befor the season started, how they are working so hard on D. It's been his mantra all year. Hopefully next year it will start to show.

One win and we start talking about the 8 again.
Spare us please in reality we are relying on other results.
Just like to enjoy a WIN and have little expectation.
 
Round 17 requirements passed! I have high hopes for the Warriors next week to beat Cronulla without Graham and Townsend, although Shaun Johnson returns. Warriors also get George Jennings back who has been great for them.

I am worried about the Souths game for 1 reason only......

Refs - They love the Eels and Souths and will do anything to get them home... Warriors game was a prime example of cheating - My Prediction in Penalties v Souths - 11-2 to them..

But I will be cheering on like normal and have everything crossed. Cause there is still a chance.

We copped 32 points and jagged a come back from nowhere. Our defence has been woeful since losing to the Warriors.

We will get lapped in our last 3 games unless Madge can turn it around in a short space of time.
 
I know it's been terrible but he has been saying it's his focus all year. Just words. Good for the media. Means nothing by our results.
 
If Saints get up tonight (which they should) they'll go even with us so we've gotta watch out for them.
They do have three top 8 teams in the last three rounds tho so hopefully they can all do their jobs.

This time yesterday I was well and truly looking toward cricket season - but just like every year the boys have done just enough to entice me to stay on until the end of the season...
