2010 back up hooker

who will be our back up hooker next yr if farah is out playin SOO or worse case is injured ????.
i know morris and halatau usually filled the void.. with them not with us im interested to see who will fill the spot.
 
Have a look at Ryan Carr today when he lines up for Balmain in the grand final at 12pm.
 
I cant think of anyone off the top of my head, maybe bring in a state cup player or maybe Fulton.

i thought i had read where flanagan can play hooker maybe iam wrong :question:
 
I think we have plenty of good options to cover Robbie if he gets injured. Nathan Waters is more than ready to step up and he's a very smart footballer. Ryan Carr looks good, along with the creative Makaui. Throw in Flanagan, and im sure we have it covered.
 
I think Arana Taumata should get a look in as our 2nd hooker ( if Robbie goes down)….he has great footwork/speed to pose a real threat out of dummy half. Great impact off the bench .
 
Makaui reminds me of Masada Iosefa from Penrith. Quick and sneaky around the play the ball.

We have a few specialist hookers in the State Cup who could fill the gap temporarily.
 
Ryan Carr would be my choice however if there was 1 kid I would bring in and develop would be Patrick Polinto (sorry bad spelling). Has played a few games for the Under 20's, is only 18\. Captain for Holy Cross, Balmain SG Ball and played NSW Schoolboys this year also.

This kid is quick out of dummy half, has very good ball skills and is quite stocky for his age (meaning good size for grade footy). I think he will be a very good player in the next couple of years.

I'll be surprised if he makes the top 17\. I reckon he's been signed for depth just as Skando was. If injuries strike down the top players then Fitzy may figure in the side.
 
Geo….. are you actually Daniel Fitzhenry trying to get a bit of buzz to get yourself resigned???
