2010 NRL Rule Changes

Anyone heard of any rule changes for this year?

Was just reading about this one:

But I don't really understand it… does that mean you can't chase the kick unless you were behind the kicker? That seems a little strange to me.

so in other words, they are just going to enforce the standard "behind the kicker" rule???

Correct me if I am wrong… which I often am... but isn't the rule you can be in front of the kicker, but when the opposition player takes the ball, you have to be 10 meters from him? Am I reading this wrong?
