2012-2013 Football (Sokkah) Thread

I just seen we've lost Robert Green (Our Goalkeeper) Didn't even know :brick: 😢 :brick: 😢 :brick: 😢

Maybe us and Liverpool might be heading back down CB

Go the Arse! Probably have a slim chance of taking the title unless the main squad is rested from CL (not going to happen) but I think a FA cup should be on the cards.

Side note, first time in 6 years without foxtel due to moving, so if anyone has alternative ideas to watching it and could PM, I'd appreciate it.

I'm an Aston villa fan. Disappointing season last year. Haven't bought too much, hoping for a top half finish. We do have Holman this year, would love to see him score plenty of goals.

See you first up at Boleyn

Yes, I predict a rather drab 1 all draw.
That's my prediction for most villa matches really. :/

Round 1 we are all equal!!

Anyone play the EPL fantasy manager?

That was a strange one for sure last night Slacko Glad the Hammers got the win But the goal which was basically reversed as the Lineperson had his flag up and the referee awarded

Was actually a goal

Strange in EPL to see the officials actually discussing the goal

Good round so far… Liverpool humiliated, Newcastle got up, hopefully Chelsea and City both get done before the devils clean up Everton on Tuesday morning.

Always good to see Liverpool get thrashed, hope it continues. Spurs and Arsenal also getting off to slow starts, hopefully Chelsea, City and United continue the trend and all drop points in the remaining games.

Did Liverpool lose 😢

Thank God we have no Scousers on here ….

Well apart from Chris anyway

Love ya maaaaate

So glad Liverpool lost!
And a Chelsea player to rip them apart aswell..

Hopefully Chelsea will start of with a win tonight !

Leeds were clinical in there 1-0 defeat over Wolves. Will Neil Warnock record an 8th promotion, it would be the most by any Manager. Come on Leeds M.O.T…

City must have copped a nasty shock from Southampton. Down 2-1 and came home to win 3-2\. Find that amazing considering they had an amazing 69% possession.

Well stellar week in sport for me… Tigers got screwed on Friday, Richmond beat on Saturday and Man U get beaten this morning. 1-0 loss to Everton. Score didn't reflect the game though... United were awful, don't know how Evra and Carrick have spots in that side.

*is curled up in the fetal position in a corner sucking my thumb while rocking back and forth.*

As far as EPL results couldn't have had a better weekend Man U (old mans team ,and a few on here ) and Scousers go down

Who does everyone face this weekend ??

Hammers have Swansea away and am quietly confident we can get a result of some kind this weekend

Blue is the Colour - Football is the Game.
Up the Mighty Blues from Stamford Bridge.
Gotta admit that Eden Hazard has so far been brilliant, aye?

Being a Liverpool fan, this season scares me. I don't know if Brendan Rogers is the right man as the Gaffa but only time will tell. We'll either be surprise superstars ofrunning the gauntlet with relegation. Did I mention that this season scares me???

Iam in good company being a Liverpool fan, Robbie Farah and Chris!!!Would love to see the glory days again but thats not going to happen in 2012-2013.

Really I would settle for a steady climb up the ladder, but its a hard ask when you see the quality around you.Got off to a shocker but hey theirs always next week

How long have you been a LFC fan?? I have been a fan since the early 80's when i was around 5 or 6\. I remember watching them on channel 7's Big League Soccer and living in Ashcroft, I thought they were the local team and thought I'd better follow them. By the time I was old enough to realise there was a Liverpool in the UK, I was already hooked. I named my son after 2 of my favorite sport stars, Robbie Farah and Robbie Fowler.
