As of round 18 we are in 9th position

3 losses in a row, the most recent two should have seen remarkably better performances.

**CLUB P W L PTS**
1 Storm 16 12 4 28
2 Bulldogs 16 11 5 26
3 Broncos 16 10 6 24
4 Sea Eagles 16 10 6 24
5 Rabbitohs 16 10 6 24
6 Sharks 15 10 5 24
7 Cowboys 16 9 7 22
8 Warriors 16 8 8 20
**9 Tigers 16 8 8 20**

If our beloved tigers get back on track this Saturday againts the Panthers,

Who makes way to allow us to take their spot in the semi finals ?

Worried.

a pretty good team is going to just miss out, hope it isn't us

I'm still confident we can win almost all our remaining games but we have to start soon

The Tigers and Warriors are generally strong finishers, the Sharks and Cowboys are not. That said, if Cronulla get the W tonight they should make it anyway. Still got no idea who misses out, my gut is telling me we will make it.

If we win the next 11 games, I'll be happy!

I think we will finish well in the 8, probably top 4…

Top 4 is pretty much gone we need to go on undefeated till the end of the year.

Undefeated the remainder of the
Year would have us finish on 36pts, that would get higher than 4th!
So yes top4 still possible, but anything but a convincing win this week will derail us

we are no hope to finish in the top four and in saying that not even the top eight. Sheens has wreck the side this year and without him changing things, which he will not do we are no chance.
And it hurts me to say this.

We certainly will have our backs to the wall if we don't turn things around in a hurry. Can't see us making top 4 , i think we will do it tough to make the 8 unless we hit some form real quick.

We've got a decent run in so I think we be there but top 4 is out of reach.

With the restructure of the finals this year finishing in the bottom half of the draw isn't too bad.

Can't help but feel that a top eight spot would be a remarkable finish to the season proper considering our run into the finals includes meeting the Storm, Dogs and Souths who are all in form.
Our current form leaves little to be excited about. The amount of soft tries that have been let through recently from pretty readable plays doesn't inspire confidence in our defensive ability
I'd like to think we are certainties for the eight but I'm not convinced.

I think we'll make the 8, remember it was our win against penrith earlier this year that started our 7 game win streak. We're about to meet them again and go on at least another 7 game streak.
As to who misses out of the 8 I think cowboys although I would love to see the bunnies crumble in a heap of u no what and miss the 8.

All the good sides will rip us apart up the middle, we are soft. Sorry but the reason we are on struggle street now we are very soft 1 thru 17–but some are softer than others

Sorry to be saying this but I don't believe we will make the top 8 this year. The closest we'll come will be to miss out on for and against however I think we'll do well to make 10th. Whilst having Ellis back will be a great lift, he can't do everything. Farrah will be consistent but basically without everyone else firing around them it just won't happen. And from what they've produced, not just the past few weeks, but basically the season thus far, they can not match the top teams let alone any other team within 4 points aove or below our curent ladder position. Yes we can look back and think about the 7 in a row, but who were the big scalps among them ? No one. Canberra and Penrith were the only 2 teams we have dominated all year. The first 20 minutes against the Knights was perhaps the most perfect I have seen our team play and then look at that horror story. For me, that truly showed how inept we are in 2012 and sadly, for the remainder.
