2016 JERSEY THREAD....

Thinking the playing strips will be the same as this year (don't NRL rules say to have to keep a strip for at least 2 years?).

As for training strips, meh. They can train in a ripped bonds t shirt and a pair of paint stained stubbies for all I care. Worked for me.

Gavin Robertson on board with us now, is he? We look like the bloody BWS Giants. As Ink said though, it is plain, which tends to give the best look IMO. Hopefully we don't try any more stupid intricate designs that end up looking like a dog's breakfast.

Off topic, Rowdy looking very trim there.

Our club seems to have formed an infatuation with the colour grey ….

That's the trouble Knuckles - Grey.

Some are suggesting that it reflects the many "Grey" areas that the Wests Tigers have.

Maybe it is to reflect that it is an old tiger that has gone grey with age.

Still think the grey should be gone but prefer it to the all black of this year - unless we are pretending to be New Zealand tigers.

Grey is a result of the constant whinging and bickering back and forth year after year after bloody year,…''too much orange, not enough white''... blah blah

Congrats

Souths also use grey for their training gear. They have the same manufacturer ISC. I don't mind it for training but I'd rather not have a grey jersey again.

Every year since 2000 I have bought a training shirt and a polo shirt. The era has ended, what a miserable bunch of merchandise. Orange or black or grey with a Brydens logo.

Whoever got paid to come up with these training shirt, polo and cap designs is laughing. Can't have taken them any more than 20 seconds. No creativity whatsoever.
I don't mind the minimal design as it makes it easier to wear in public without sticking out like a sore thumb but they still need to be more than just a plain monochrome….
Might as well just buy a plain black polo from target for $10 and slap a Wests Tigers sticker on it.

It's also looking more and more like we are getting another grey jersey.
