Why cant they be creative. I would love to see a black button up dress shirt, with a tigers logo and patches for the different sponsors. A bit like what the car racing teams do. That way it would look nice and a bit retro, and would always be a reflection of the year it came from given that regularity that minor sponsers change.

Make us buy it because it looks neat and is trendy to wear, and not just because it has a tigers logo on it.

If the range on here, including caps etc. is the best they can come up with….

The only way it is going to change is not buy them unless you love it 100%.

Don't buy it because it is the best on offer.

Maybe if they don't sell that many - they may come up with decent designs and colours.

An orange bucket hat? That would look hideous. Even a 6 year old would throw it off if their mum put it on them. A few may like it, but merch has to cater for the masses, not the lone wolfs.

Obviously less is more in terms of design this season? Or did we have to pay per stripe/colour used so we've opted for single colour designs out of necessity..? lol :frowning:

I like the grey will certainly be buying a polo .. it is something different ,personal choice I suppose can see why it is a good seller.I do find the advertising a bit in your face not much effort put in there seems just a cut and paste from a letter head that is disappointing a bit more thought would of looked a bit better…I have nothing against wearing advertising that supports my club but a bit more effort could make a huge difference with the same impact.

Its their logo….you cant compromise your logo without damaging your brand

I would like a proper footy jersey design again. Our original Wests Tiger jerseys had the footy 'V' design which is part of Balmain's and Western Suburbs legacy.

I don't see the rooster, souths or bulldogs jersey designs drift too far away from their long standing designs, why do we?

It's not a Balmain or magpie thing at all - take a close look at the original Wests Tiger jerseys black and the gold versions - real footy design with the V on them. That design was supposed to have been the pick of the Tiger litter at the time.

… and I hope they go away from the Marvel War-machine next year. Drab first attempt, surely we can get a redesign ala Manly this year. Does anyone have the sales figures on War-machine jerseys?
