If anyone follows Thomas Mikaele on Insta he really seems to have put a lot of work into his agility and flexibility over the break. I have a lot of time and repect for Tom, I hope he has a stellar year.

I wonder when Dudley Dotoi will join from QLD for pre season training. Was listed as train and trial for pre season last week, but yet to see any pictures of him in action.
