I can't see him playing there. We are weak in the outside backs, with more depth in the halves. We're a better team with him at centre

The good clubs have enough good options to not have to play blokes who act like sooks. So it’s easy for them to wipe them and move on.

The only thing stopping Latu being a success in the halves is getting through 80 minutes consistently.

I’ve said this before but I hope he changes his tackling technique or he’ll never consistently play without concussions or suspension.

Agree with you. To me, Andrews should be a five eighth. He and Latu tore it up in KOE Cup for weeks this year when Latu was at 7, Javon 6.

Can't agree. He, at least, shows an ability to manage a team and dig into the line, providing space for his outside supports. This is something Luai couldn't do with all his ridiculous skipping about. Neither could Douehi with his constant hogging of the ball. Madden missed some tackles but he also made some good ones and, at least, put in strong effort consistently. Add his accurate short kicking and he was an effective, steady halfback who made the players outside him better. I will concede that he is not the quickest halfback but how many halfbacks are lightening these days? Let Latu provide the individual running.
