The bloke with 5 try assists doesn’t get a point?
True , brooks gout zero try assists , but how many tries did he directly assist ? I count at least 3. AD was best on ground though.
He laid real good ball on for Laurie , abs the centre’s . Much improved from the start of the year, in regards to ball playing.
I thought Brooks was fine, not bagging his game at all. But AD was running our attack and was the best player on the park pretty easily imo.
AD wasn't running the attack, he was doing a great job of taking on the line and passing both inside and outside on usually set plays, but Brooks is running the attack.
I agree. Brooks was an organizing halfback tonight. He has had a really good season. He has even learned it's better to pass the ball to Doueihi quickly rather than hold onto it.
Brooks got the ball where it needed to be 9 times out of 10 today..it's what you want from your 7..
Not sure why it's become a competition..
Brooks, Doueihi and Laurie combined really well..probably the best they have...makes even less sense why Maguire went away from it in the 1st place..
Brooks was really good. That is exactly what people argue he needs to do.
Noticed he was doing a lot of talking on the field today
