3rd Generation Fan Leaving After 50 years

I feel like I’ve been threatening it every year, but the last straw for me is when the Chairman comes out and says he doesn’t answer to anyone, he should answer to us, the fans. It breaks my heart that after following my late Grandad and Dad (who although he had tigers merch at his funeral- wouldn’t even stand for this anymore), that I can’t watch or support them anymore. We have always had good players and mostly good coaches (not sure about JT and even though I ended up hated Cleary, you can’t doubt his ability as a coach), but they all become broken and disillusioned with the system. It is broken, and the only people who can fix it (by leaving) are apparently untouchable.

I never thought I could walk away from my team, but the sad truth is, they are not my team, they are the team of this bunch of fame seeking, untouchables who line their pockets with the blind dedication of fans they refuse to listen to.

I truly hope the great Benji can turn this team around, but I’ll be watching without my colours on and as an observer, no longer a fan. I guess all bad relationships should come to an end.

But have a look at the new recruits... Players and coaching, look who's gone... Hopefully it's a new positive era commencing...

It could be worse, we could be Rabbitohs, Roosters or Eels fans.
Sure they are winning many more games, but with their current playing rosters their fans truly believe they are premiership contenders, but results and form show they are far from it.
As many know I even try to find positives in the under fire Chairman and CEO, it would be nice if one of them could come out and just simply state the positives heading into next season to at least express a little bit of hope for the long suffering fans.

I know plenty of fans of those 3 clubs and I can tell you none of them care what happened in the past, they are all devastated about how this season has turned out for them and not a lot of optimism that next season will be any better.

Our playing roster is very young with plenty of scope for improvement, there’s are ageing and no improvement in sight:

There have been tough times at WTs but when conditions get tough, strong people take action. With Morris appointed yesterday, we've a good man to have on our side in such circumstances. Adversity acts as a stimilus to people with strong character.

Only imbeciles regularly comment on a club supporter form with constant negative comments about anything that happens.
Any normal person would not waste their time.
