80 minute performance

For me one of the most satisfying things that came out of todays game was that we played for 80mins rather than clocking off after 60\. The sin-binning at the end may have helped that but I think we looked a lot more energetic this week than we have in the past.

One thing i noticed is that we tried to kick the ball out much more today. We also took kicks at goal whenever possible. Slowing the game down really helped. Well done boys.

In any event, we don't play this consistently too often. Let's see if we can back it up against the Sharks next week at the old girl…
