They employ teams of people to identify and profile punters and bets into categories. A surge of bets into an obscure market would've had all the bells, whistles and sirens going off.

Good, I abhor gambling on any sport and even moreso the exposure of children to its advertising across media, especially around and during matches.

Not to mention the glut of it on NRL jerseys and signage, which is a massive stain on the game.
