Aaron Woods shutting out Dogs’ dramas

As if Woods is going to comment on the Bulldogs issues. He won't want to crap in the nest before he even gets there and look an even bigger fool.

Oh Jesus put it to bed people!!

Why?

He's leaving here because it's a basketcase and it looks as though just as we're getting our house in order he's headed somewhere that's looking to be exactly what he thinks he's leaving.

Hilarious irony.

Puts more effort into defending the club he is going to than the club he is currently captain of. A disgraceful human being that refuses to take responsibility for his own decisions and is always looking to pass the buck.
This is evidence of the current cultural problems that exist within our club.
I would love to see him go down in a screaming heap this weekend and miss the rest of the origin series

And he doesn't know what's going on at the Dogs. He's only best mates with the player whose been at the forefront of this drama and he was photoed lunching with a half dozen dogs players before we played them. Yeah, he wouldn't have a clue what's going on.

Always gets himself into the worst possible positions. I don't know if he's a complete idiot or just doesn't care, no matter what the cost to the club and fans (and to that of his already irrepairable public image).

HASLER’S DOGS DRAMA TWIST
June 7, 2017 5:30pm
JAMES POOPER

THE twist in the Des Hasler no-show to the fan forum at Canterbury League Club last Sunday is the two-time premiership-winning coach was actually there at the League club.

Hasler’s assistant David Penna was the member of the coaching staff who ultimately fronted the angry fans, who were understandably fuming after the 38-0 hammering.

Hasler remained in a private room with Bulldogs board members and powerbrokers.

There are two very different versions of what transpired inside the Bulldogs dressing rooms after full time.

One version has chairman Ray Dib asking Hasler to leave the room so he could speak to the players. When Dib addressed the players about irate sponsors and fans, Josh Reynolds is said to have cut him off and delivered a spray. Dib has denied this version.

The other version has Dib telling the players they need to support Hasler to the hilt and simply trying to keep everyone on the same page.

I particularly like the section about Josh Reynolds… I wonder how much worse it may get for Woods next year at the Bulldogs without the their favourite son in Josh.

:deadhorse: :roll

I know you like to believe that this is the case, but if you think that the Bulldogs will remain a 'basketcase' for any great length of time, then you are deluded. Besides that, I'm sick of all the constant whinging on here re Woods/Tedesco and their decision to leave. Time to move on.

Graham Hughes on his show said the word was that Dib and Dessie had a huge argument after the shemozzle on the weekend. I'm guessing Hughes would know this for a fact. How sweet it is.

Hasler will be under so much pressure if the Dogs get off to a miserable start next year. What have you done Woodsy.

I'm sick of you telling us that we can't hate them and we have to move on. I hate them and I've moved on. We just have different versions of moving on.

You can take comfort in the fact that your whingeing about what others choose to comment on is equally tiresome.

Yep, they'll have the same squad next year, throwing in Woods and Foran. Anyone who thinks Woods is the answer in regards to taking them to the next level to challenge for a premiership is delusional. Hasler is the problem. He's squeezed all the juice he can out of the lemon at the Bulldogs. Both he and the club need to part ways and start afresh. I don't mind him staying though cos it means they'll continue to struggle.

Fixed! Please continue with your neg fest if it makes you feel better.

I haven't been whingeing about them. I just think it's pointless you repeatedly telling people to stop being negative towards them. It will have no effect and it just generates circular squabbles.
