**NRL 360 was brutal alluding to Woods being a dog** Graham at one point basically said Woods is going to the dogs and Kent replied "thats the most honest answer all night"

Do you mean they were alluding to the fact he signed with Canterbury or that he had the personality of a dog? Because quite frankly, neither answer would surprise me at this point.

Geez you never let up with the character assassinations do you? Mate, they are totally unnecessary, especially since you don't even know the bloke from Adam.

Its embarrassing the way Woods keeps on denying any knowledge of what Moses wants or is up to

Keeps on saying ah havent spoken to him and a breath later contradicts himself

Grow up and be honest, say i know but not my place to say anything

People appreciate honesty more than being taken for a ride especially when its obvious

Cleary has been saying the exact same thing with regards to Moses. Said just yesterday that he hadn't spoken to Moses at all, since his manager asked the club for him to be released and he didn't know what he wanted. How the hell can the coach (especially a new one) not talk to one of his main playmakers about him wanting an immediate release???

Agree Flip

Both played dumb, Clearly at the presser and Woodsy again today

As if we werent a laughing stock of NRL already..

Wests Tigers have now reached the ascendancy over Isaac Moses and his plan to early transfer his nephew to Parramatta this season. The club is playing hardball and showing their own players and other teams that they are no longer the soft touch they have been for the past few seasons. Amen to that.

Des is denying offering Woods and Tedesco a contract too. No one admitting to anything.

Because its generally regarded as a bit of a no no for the coach or any club administrator to talk to a player about contract matters without either the manager being present or giving their consent.

Thats what the captain should be doing … oh wait, we are not allowed to criticise him.

Pfft
Why don't they come out and say it instead of play silly buggers and play dumb?

Saying something definite with strong words is hardball… This currently is just garbage and amateurism

Bet you for all money Woods declares hes signed with the dogs after this weeks match against them. Probably monday id imagine.

Woods body language on NRL 360 virtually gave away that he has signed for the Bulldogs…. at the end of the players segment Paul Kent announced that Brooks being the first of the "4" to sign with the Tigers, Kent goes Woods might be next to sign but to which Club????, the camera turned to Woods who quickly looked to James Graham as if to say " don't let it out"...#2139... he can go, his form will drop as he won't rate up against the others in the dogs pack....

Exactly.

Why don't they just come out and say unless we get a player or are compensated comesurate to Moses salary we will not be letting Moses go early… simple...

How do you know they haven't said this to Parramatta? basically what has been said today is that Cleary believes if Moses wants a release he needs to come and talk to him about it. He has not done this yet so as far as Cleary is concerned he is still a Tigers player.

In regards to Cleary that's all strategic he would know exactly what he's planning to do in regards to Moses. He's not going to cheapen Moses value by just saying yes we will release him if he requests it

That is exactly what I got from that bit of the segment, he's already signed and waiting for the COP.

Btw, I think everyone is telling porkies at the moment, Cleary, Hasler, Woods etc. it's like they all have no idea about anything, I'm not buying it. It will all come out in the wash soon enough.

Assuming this is true, who in their right mind would give Woods a million a season when they have Graham on their books, who is pretty much a more aggressive version of Woods.

I would totally agree, but add that looking at who's on the books there.
Tolman, Eastwood (although he would be close to retiring), Klemmer, Kasiano, Jackson and Graham.

Like I get it, if you have a good front row. You make it an awesome front row by adding a guy like Woods. But I think that he would be the wrong investment for the dogs. Woods is consistent 80 minute type player not a wrecking ball type player. Put him in the bulldogs rotation and I am not sure what he will do.

Beastwood is only 30 and was extended until the end of 2018 late last year, so not so close to retirement. They've been happy enough running Tolman and Graham for the last couple of years and they're both pretty similar players - they even look similar out there!

I think if Woods has Signed you may see it in this game coming up , Woods and Grahame do go at each other a bit , but if Woods is signed and Grahame is on his way out the Pom is going to target woods all game and will get a hit on him , Woods will not attack the Pom as he doesn't have the bottle , but the Pom will get Woods , going to be a juicy one
