Adam Doueihi #227

Very vocal about where he wants to play....
Comes out and gives the coach ultimatums so he can play his preferred position
Gets what he wants and tosses that up!!

He has no team in him what so ever - Zero leadership....
And lacks plenty of fundamental skills of a half.

Where he goes from here is anyones guess.
 
2023 we are stuck with Brooks his backended $1.1 mill for 2023 is his protection and his curse . NO club wants to pay anywhere near that for Brooks and WT do not want to fork out 600k for him to play against us so I think he's our half for 1 more year hope somebody teaches him a kicking game

..and have now seen it with Douhi.Very transparent
If hes not happy for whatever reason(and it cant possibly be $$ as hes way overpaid)offer to finalise his contract at season end and release him to the market

Big fan of Adam previously,but know from experience youve just gotta sever the umbilical if thats the attitude of the employee..and thats exactly what he is

What has Brooks got to do with the way Doueihi played last night? Sheens has commented twice on Brooks. He wants to keep him and mentioned him being a one club player. Why keep on raising this?

I think his best position may be edge backrower but for our team I think it's a running 6 that isn't paid top dollar. I think the same way about Brooks.

It's hilarious right. He has a lot of flaws in his game though. He is a liability wherever he plays because he can't tackle consistently. He makes some good hard tackles and then just misses them cold.

I don't think he has the ability to play in the spine and I'm not sure he has the pace to play in the centres. I think he is an edge backrower but right now in our team his spot should be 6.

He has a lot of work to do on his game.

I don;t think he is rubbish. Due to covid he had little game time. Then thrown into the worst side in the comp, with a 5/8 , fullback ,lock not 1st gde standard, and a forward pack as soft as a marshmellow at 22 don't expect miracles. The jury is out for me.

There is no way that Brooks has ever put in a defensive performance ala Doueihi has last night and since he came back.

I also don't think Brooks has lost us a single game or that Doueihi has lost us a single game. The team loses.

Hopefully the club as well as the fans start to judge our players fairly and hopefully the club makes some tough decisions regarding our roster.

Well said Earl.. Brooks could create 3 tries to put us in a winning position but if a mistake kick lets the opposition score he gets blamed for losing the game lol
