Adam Doueihi #227

Moses mouth piece Weidler on sky radio this morning suggesting Moses was taken back by AD’s action last week, and Moses thinks he should’ve played in Canberra. And also no deal outside of AD’s contract has been pursued (yeah, right) So, the PR/spin has blown up so bad that now Moses is distancing himself from client… this of course means nothing as Adam lining up in Perth jersey next year is short odds. Moses operating is absolutely fascinating and extremely infuriating and slowly destroying everything at the club.

I just watched the Kenty poddy as well. There were so many holes in his time lines and explanations. The guy is an absolute low life dribbler. He speaks like he’s already had half a dozen beers at the pub and is distorting the story to suit his agenda and Moses.
It would not surprise me at all though that AD will be released to join Perth or another club at the end of this season.
Nah, talking more like he's just been spear tackled into the pavement.

I take anything Kenty says with a grain of salt but if Benji indeed didn't go to the judiciary with Adam & that Adam's supposed claim of Benji allowing standards to drop ie: players vaping at weights training as he has said then BOTH Benji & Adam can both be blamed for this latest unwanted drama.

If Benji gets the boot there will be a mini exodus of players from the club when with PNG & Perth on the hunt for players the pool of NRL standard players will be more like a small puddle, with few if any players that would be as good or better to replace them.

If Doueihi is released by the club, it will be ANOTHER player the Tigers will have to chip in to his new club.

If Adam wants a release, the Tigers need to be compensated, however where will they find a player at least as good as him as his replacement?

As usual this schizophrenic, rabble of club is AGAIN in a no win position after such a fantastic start to the season, teasing us, tantalizing us, giving us Wests Tigers fans a case of NRL induced "blue balls". 😨

Who is going to leave? All these polys who only play well when the going is good?
Not one tough guy amongst the lot of them.
They are all replaceable as they don’t give a toss.

Kent is a prick and no one took greater joy than me in seeing the tree beat him up but what he is saying about the double standards is clear as day, whether his source exists or not. Terrell May looks like he has stacked on at least 5kg (not the good kind) and has been downright lazy over the last month. And it wouldn't shock me if he's the same one who was rocking up to the gym session with a bumbag and sucking on a vape (apparently this may also be Samuela). Turuva has been rubbish since Rd10 and is one of the first to go up to the opposition after a flogging to have a laugh and a joke. Luai helped tanked the season with his PNG stunt, has been average for his entire tenure here and was taking potshots at the team with his Instagram story after the Dragons loss. Bunty Afoa made one of the dumbest plays of the season in the Warriors game which hurt us badly and is back immediately after his suspension. Madden had two good games at the start of the season and has been rubbish since, yet kept getting picked over Latu who was forced to defend in the middle despite coming back from a shoulder reconstruction and is a HALF. Makasini has outright cost us games (Bronco's) and has down nothing but help leak points yet was continuously picked despite clearly not being ready while Sakuru was killing it in NSW Cup the entire year. Same can be said for Toa who is given opportunity after opportunity no matter how bad he plays.

Not ONE of those players have ever been held accountable this season and it's BS. Yet AD has a string of bad games after returning from an injury and is told he's the one being moved to a position where he'll have to defend in the middle with a shoulder held together by tape.

I'll say it again, I'd tear up AD's contract for walking out because you're meant to be a professional and that's not how you handle it but that doesn't mean his complaints aren't legitimate and anyone who's been paying attention can see it. Benji loves to surround himself with yes men and it's not far-fetched to say that extends to the playing group and has his favorites.
Thats hard to argue with really.

Ive banged on for years asking what are they doing at training...its obvious rheyre not working hard enough.
Every succesful.player ive heard when asked whats the number 1 thing that got tem that success, almost to a T they say "hard work".

Funny though when Seyfarth came on. Last saturday i thought he looked even bigger than usual (In a good way)...seemed.like the biggest bloke on the field...then he scored.and kissed the logo

Mate he’s one of very few players in our squad who has had a go over the past couple of years and pretty much the only bloke who can put points on.
Add that to the fact that he actually cares about the club and it makes your statement dead in the water
he's not a half, he's not a lock, he's too slow for the centres or backrow, so what is he? definitely not a fullback.

he dogged it for Javon Andrews debut, that's not someone who cares about the club or his teammates.

Speculation. What I don’t think is speculation is how matey Benii is with the playing group. I’m sure the fact they all idolised him growing up feeds his ego.
I agree re Benji being matey with the playing group.

Out of curiosity, do you personally think there’s some truth to players and the vaping? I sure as hell do if their performances and social media are anything by to go by.

I don’t care whether they do it at weight sessions or outside of them, they shouldn’t be doing it full stop. They’re meant to be professional athletes

A lot of people knock Seyfarth, but if ALL our players loved the club like he & Twally do and played with the effort they put in, they give their all, we would be a premiership contender every season.

Seyfarth and Twally might not be among the most talented of forwards in the game and in Seyfarth's case, he has an error or two in his game but you can't deny the effort he and Twally put in that the other players seem incapable of or unwilling to sadly.

This all sounds very specific from Kent.

Pretty obviously fed this info.

All sounds pretty plausible, particularly the stuff about Terrell May. Luai offering to step down for AD to take his spot is also wild - what happened to brothers, and caring for this club bro?

It's just sounding like the circus I'd thought it would be on the inside, but have led myself to believe that there ain't no way a professional club can be run like that. Vaping while lifting weights, kidding themselves.

No one has knocked Seyfarth more than me on this forum but I could never question his overall effort or love for the club.

If the rest of the playing group mirrored that effort and love, we’d be well into the top 8 and competing for a top 4 spot.

Just had a listen to Kents podcast. I thought he gave another side to the story that blew me away..If any of this is true (he is not aligned to anyone as far as i know.) Benji has a lot to answer for. There is too much to type out but if half of what he said is true, my god we are such an inept club we are beyond hope on all levels. I have never been a massive fan of Benji as coach and after listening to what he lets happen at training and letting certain people can get away with in the club is scary. We are so unprofessional and Benjis big statement on the doco is worthless. Yes i may have changed my opinion and all may not be true but from the leaks we here in the media, we have a hell of a long way to dig ourselves out of this complete mess that the club has created.
I just listened to it as well ... far out. If even half of that is actually true, the NRL should seriously close the joint.
