Sheens has labelled Shirnack some kind of late achiever. Next season it looks like he'll be a lot more involved in the set up. Be interesting to see where he is in 12 months time. I like the look of him so far in his limited appearances.

Looks to be a similar size to Heighno, maybe a touch bigger. I'd put him around the 100-102kg mark.

From what I've seen of him in both State Cup and first grade, I really like the look of Shirnack. Uncompromising, tough, with a big workload. He probably won't win you a game, but he definatley won't lose you one, and a great option for the bench for the rest of this year and into next year.
